GateFlow ("the App", "we", "us") is a residential community management app used by apartment/society admins, residents, and security guards. This policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and your choices — written to match exactly what the App does today, not a generic template.
GateFlow is used within a specific residential community after that community's admin or a Super Admin has set it up. You typically get access via an invitation/registration flow from your society's admin, not by signing up independently.

We do not collect precise location, contacts list, camera/microphone access beyond photo selection, browsing history, or any data unrelated to the features above.
All data is stored using Google Firebase (Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Cloud Messaging, and Firebase Storage), hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure. Data for your community is logically separated from other communities using GateFlow.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. The App contains no third-party advertising SDK.
Your data is retained as long as your account remains active within your community. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact your community's admin or reach us directly at sitasrikanth@gmail.com. Some records (e.g. financial contribution history) may be retained by your community for accounting/record-keeping purposes even after an individual account is deactivated.
GateFlow is not directed at children under 13, and account creation requires a valid phone number capable of receiving an OTP. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the revised policy.
